With a background in occupational therapy (mum) and physiotherapy (daughter), we bring together a comprehensive approach that blends professional knowledge with heartfelt connection, honoring the whole person – mind, body and spirit. OM-Studios was born from a deep commitment to providing individualized care with strong intention and presence at the heart of everything we do. Rooted in our family home, we’ve created a warm, safe, welcoming environment where people can feel truly seen, supported, and nourished. Carole is a holistic practitioner with a background in occupational therapy and mental health, complemented by her natural ability to understand the body and movement. She combines her clinical expertise with an embodied, integrative approach to support both physical and emotional well-being. Carole’s work focuses on creating balance, fostering resilience, and guiding individuals toward greater harmony in mind and body.
Kat Speed
Kat is a holistic bodyworker and movement facilitator who integrates her deep knowledge of anatomy and science with an intuitive, energetically attuned approach. With a focus on fostering balance, resilience, and embodied awareness, she supports clients in cultivating strength, mobility, and overall well-being through personalised sessions and guided movement practices.
