A guided, holistic programme integrating physiotherapy, movement analysis, strength training, fascia-focused movement, therapeutic bodywork, and nervous system regulation - supporting you to reconnect with your body, release tension, build strength, and feel truly at home within yourself.
This is where science meets clinical insight and embodied practice, to enable you to understand your body on all levels, so that you can live a fulfilled, joyful life.
The programme is a structured 3-month process with four phases;
1) Connection - Come back to your body
2) Release - Release and Restore
3) Strength - Building resilience
4) Integration - Live it
Each phase is a combination of teaching, coaching, embodiment practice and a hands-on approach.
This programme is combines in-person, online, group and 1:1 to ensure that every individual needs are met to gain the full benefits.

Come back to your body
Learn how your body works as a whole system with a fascia-focused lens, and understand the building blocks that create a healthy vessel. Begin to reconnect to your body through breath and introspective awareness. Here you will receive a thorough movement analysis assessment so that we can create a an individualised plan with how you may be able to move and live with more ease
Release and Restore
Let go of tension and restriction through restorative yoga, bodywork and down-regulation. Feel more space in your body and a greater sense of ease. Deepen your body awareness and learn how to self-regulate your nervous system.
Building Reslience
Build a strong, stable, resilient body. Develop an understanding of resistance training and learn how to progressively load your body safely and effectively so that you can move with ease and confidence. We will create an individualised strength programme together so that you have the confidence to continue this consistently.
Live it
Bring everything together into your daily life. Create sustainable habits, deepen self-trust, and step in to a more aligned, expansive way of living
